The condominium is located at 8045 Newell St. in south Silver Spring, MD. The building is on the block bounded by Newell St., Kennett St., 13th St., and Eastern Ave.

Visitors enter the building through the lobby entrance on Kennett Street (not Newell Street). The entrance doors are locked. There is a security kiosk outside the door. A visitor can call the person he or she is visiting in two ways:

1. If the visitor knows the host's three digit code (not unit number), the visitor can press those three digits on the kiosk; or
2. The visitor can use the A->Z and Z->A buttons to scroll through the names in the system. When the host is found, the visitor should press the Call button.

If the host answers, the visitor can identify himself/herself and the host can unlock the door via the phone.
