The sales materials provided by the Patriot Group and the Mayhood Company showed that buyers of two-bedroom units would receive an 18' by 5' balcony. However, the Patriot Group planned to provide smaller balconies than that for two-bedroom units in the North Wing (the building along Kennett Street), but did not provide buyers updated documents showing the actual size until May, 2005--long after all of the units were sold.
